Be Empowered!!!!!

It is time for us to be the Mama's & Daddy's God wants us to be... Are you teaching your child to disobey God? Deuteronomy 5:16 says "we are to honor our father and mother as the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and so that you may prosper in the land the Lord your God is giving you." Our children do not come into this world knowing how to honer, obey, or follow rules. We have to teach them. Proverbs 8:32-33 says "And now, my sons, listen to me; those who keep my ways are happy. Listen to instruction and by wise; don't ignore it." As a parent I want to say this applies to my children. But as a child of God this also applies to me and how I teach my children...OUCH!
What do you think God thinks about your parenting techniques? If you were unable to come see to Dr. Leman this past weekend you missed a treat. I have tried some of his ideas and they work! I am always amazed when an idea actually works.
